As Research and Insights Lead at Sport New Zealand, Ihi Aotearoa I manage a team that supports organisations to have an impact on sport and recreation in New Zealand. Our research provides evidence to support programmes and policy by providing a holistic view of the NZ physical activity environment in addition to VOC research designed to support improved participant experiences within a range of settings.

I have several years’ experience managing large scale research and VOC programmes in a range of industries including healthcare, energy, logistics and financial services. I’m excited by the ability of VOC research to challenge organisation thinking and culture.
