With 25 years’ experience delivering transformational change Bridget has been at the forefront of digital innovation in the Media and Telco space.
Bridget has held several leadership positions at Sky and is currently Head of Customer Journeys & Experience, leading the enterprise’s customer experience programme, covering CX capability, business process management, customer journey mapping, robotics process automation, digital journeys as well as the voice of the customer programme.
She has served in senior positions for global entities including Qantas in Sydney, Universal Studios in London, and Liberty Global Europe in Amsterdam.
She has lived in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland since 2017.
